For our parent company in Germany, we designed, engineered and manufactured a fully automatic NEXTARO VA product assembly machine.  … just load the parts into the vibro conveyors and go!….. The machine is made as a universal machine, i.e. after a simple mechanical change of some components (trays on the linear conveyor, clamping jaws) the machine is ready for other dimensional products of the NEXTARO series. Since electrical axes with precisely defined positions are used for all manipulation, the change from one type to another is realized automatically by simply changing the settings on the touch panel.

The frame of the machine is a robust weldment protected by powder paint. On the frame is mounted a linear conveyor AFAG with 50 positions, to which all technologies such as vibrating conveyors and vibrating rails, cutting and welding units, handling mechanisms and leak testers are attached.

Each products is 100% inspected for the quality of the cut out and high frequency welded filter and also the final product is checked for weld tightness by leak test. As a result, OK products are automatically placed into trays and the trays are stacked on top of each other.

Production speed of the machine 3,3 sec/piece, rebuild time (mechanical component changes required) 35 min. The machine is installed in a class 8 cleanroom.
