The automatic cannula length control system is modular and designed to control forged cannulas of various lengths and diameters. To achieve measurement variability, the machine can easily be adjusted according to the supplier’s instructions and run a control by selecting the appropriate type of program.

The device uses camera systems to evaluate the actual length of the cannulas and determines whether the cannulas are within the production length tolerance or not. The cannulas are then separated into OK and NOK pieces, while the NOK pieces are further divided as repairable and non-repairable.
