This semi-automatic device is designed for full quality control of product. More precisely – to verify the quality after the completion of the product – the transition parts, for which the assembly tightness is verified before the final packaging in blisters and subsequent sterilization.

The final product – the adapter – is composed of several components, the two main ones are screwed together. And it is the tightness of the screw connection that is checked. On previous machines, the parts are tightened with a precisely defined tightening torque and the quality of the tightness of the joints is checked.
