We provided complete refurbishment of towing lines (made in the 1950´s) for production of semi-finished products for the pharmaceutical and medical industries (tubes of various diameters and standard lengths of 2000 mm).

The devices were completely dismantled, damaged parts replaced, or generally repaired. The lines were equipped with a new software, PLC and the necessary elements as a guarantee of the operator safety according to valid EU standards. Electrical cabling was completely replaced in new switchboards. The lines were then reassembled, re-programmed and properly tested before commissioning.
