Safetec medical engineering s.r.o. provides standard warranty and post-warranty service. Detailed service conditions are the subject of a contractual relationship with the customer. In case of any service event, you can contact our HOT LINE, which is available 24 hours a day. Depending on the severity of the fault and the availability of spare parts, a service technician can be sent immediately. We are equipped with stocks of standard spare parts and components used in the implementation of orders.

Warranty period

The warranty period for the delivered equipment is usually 24 months from the date of commissioning or by mutual agreement with the customer is determined individually.
